CANCELLATION POLICY


Due to the increasing demand for appointments and a growing wait list we must require at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the reserved service and No Shows will be charged in full.

In order to ensure that our cancellation policy can be implemented effectively, as is now standard practice in the industry, we will require a credit card to reserve appointments.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know it is easy to forget about an appointment you made months ago. We also understand that extenuating circumstances do arise and would certainly take that into consideration when implementing our policies.
